At Doyle Design & Build, we have provided comprehensive, hands-on home remodel and renovation services to homeowners in Nassau Suffolk and the Five Boroughs for decades. Our founder, Neil Doyle, started our business at the age of 19, and has been in demand ever since. He developed an early passion for building things, enrolling in the Board of Cooperative Educational Services home construction curriculum, where his teachers quickly discovered his passion for the industry. He worked under someone for a couple of years but struck out on his own before his 20th birthday. He rapidly built a reputation for attention to detail, as well as a willingness to stay on a project until the job is done.

Our Process
We have the experience to handle every part of a custom home renovation, from helping with the design to the excavation, from ground-breaking to the finish carpentry, and everything in between. When you contact us, we’ll set up an initial meeting (with your architect/designer present, if you have one or provide you with the leaders in the design and architect community) to get an overview of your project. Based on our experience, we may propose alternatives to meet your objectives. We are often consulted by architects and designers for our feedback for alternatives with their projects.
Once we’ve finalized the plans for your renovation, we’ll either personally handle and oversee every aspect of your job. Including the electrical layout, plumbing, HVAC, etc. and will closely monitor all progress, to ensure that you get only the highest craftsmanship, and that the finished product meets or exceeds your expectations.
